for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; Eph 4:12-13 (NKJ)
These ministries were given to equip the saints (godly Christians) in the work and for the edifying of the body of Christ. Until they come to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of Christ to a perfect man and to be Christ-like.
that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head-- Christ-- from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love. Eph 4:14-16 (NKJ)

How to we receive the 7 Spirits of God?
And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. Rev 5:6 (KJV)
God has sent forth the seven Spirits of God so that godly Christians will be able to be filled or led by these Spirits of God.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. Rom 8:14 (KJV)

By which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Pet 1:4-8 (NKJ)
This is the exceedingly great and precious promise of God that we may be partaker of His divine nature. This means that we can become His sons or the bride of the Lamb, on condition that we can obey His following instructions.

Spirit of the fear of the Lord - Apostle
This is the promise to every Christian that if he is the doer of the word of God, he will be led by the Spirit of wisdom. After having been filled with the Spirit of wisdom, and if he fervently searches the bible and constantly put them into practice then he will be led by the Spirit of understanding. He is then truly an annointed teacher and led by the Spirit of God. Subsequently, after having been filled with the Spirit of understanding, and if he daily crucifies his flesh by his self-control, he will develop patience and then he will be led by the Spirit of counsel. He will only use the word and teachings of our Lord Jesus to counsel the sheep for Jesus Christ, Himself is the wonderful Counselor. He will then be the annointed pastor led by the Spirit of God. Subsequently, after having the Spirit of counsel and if he is prepared to suffer for Christ by persevering in preaching the word to the heathens, in the far and difficult land, different cultures, and also to the enemies to the gospel, then he will be led by the Spirit of might. He will then be the annointed evangelist. Subsequently, after having the Spirit of might and if he proclaims to the Christians the coming judgments of God for their sins, unrighteousness, distorted doctrines and heresies just as a watchman of God (Eze 33), he will be led by the Spirit of the knowledge of the Lord. Godliness means god-likeness i.e. to say that this person feel the heart beat of God. He will want the Christians to repent and receive God's favour again. He will then be the annointed prophet. Subsequently, after having the Spirit of the knowledge of the Lord, and if he starts to warn Christians leaders and pastors of their deceptions, sins and evil deeds in accordance to the word of God (Eze 34:1-8), then he will be led by the Spirit of the fear of the Lord. This person loves his fellow brethren and Christian leaders and fear that their services of the Lord may be in vain. He fears the defilement of the body of Christ by these depraved leaders. He also fears that the sinful body of Christ is unholy and thus is not worthy to be the bride of the Lamb for he considers all the churches on earth as the `church of Christ'. He will then be the annointed apostle.
These are not servants of God but friends, sons of God and bride of the Lamb. They are the true disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The true disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ.
"If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever-- the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you." John 14:15-17 (NKJ)
Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me." John 14:23-24 (NKJ)
Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." John 8:31-32 (NKJ)
But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. Rom 8:9 (KJV)
Only all those who love God will abide in His word. These are His true disciples. The ministries of Christ are only awarded to all those who abide in His word. The seven Spirits of God will be given to them one by one in accordance to their walk with the Lord.
"You are My friends if you do whatever I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you." John 15:14-15 (NKJ)
That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain. Phil 2:15-16 (KJV)
"Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, andHis wife has made herself ready." And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints." Rev 19:7-8 (NKJ)
To God be the glory for these disciples
But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber. 2 Pet 2:1-3
